US Biolabs in Ukraine

February 27, 2022
The Geneva Convention of 1972 prohibits the production of bacteriological weapons, and for this reason, the US military does not produce them on US territory.  However if you look at the dancing by Fauci on the gain of function issue and his repeated denials, plus the US military functionaries lying about absolutely everything, trust is not a word that should ever be used when looking into anything the US Department of Defense is involved in.

The US has a site dealing with the Biological Weapons Convention. Their site has an apparent up to date list of signatories to the
Biological Weapons Convention. Ukraine is NOT a signatory as of October 9, 2018, the date of the most recent action to the list of signatories.  But click the list of signatories and see if you can find Ukraine. We may be blind and stand corrected if they are there.

This site alerted us to look into the idea that the Biolabs might be for weapons. however it needed some more research. This site gives more detail, in an article titled "Ukrainians ask themselves what biolabs supervised by the US Department of Defense might be doing in Ukraine."  There is nothing visible that would indicate they are Bioweapon labs.

Of interest however is the fact that the labs are described thus: "
There are exclusively American ones, and they are financed at the expense of the US Department of Defense. The laboratories are located in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lvov (three), Kiev (three), Kherson, Ternopol, and near Crimea and Lugansk. People’s deputies note that the functioning of American biolaboratories in Ukraine started during the presidency of Viktor Yushchenko and the premiership of Yuliya Tymoshenko – August 29th, 2005."

The article confirms the existence of the labs, and at one point mentions Gilead Science testing the drug called Sovaldi on Ukrainian citizens and that 73 died.  Sovaldi is an antiviral for use in treating Hepatitus C viruses.  The patient safety data sheet for Sovaldi is here, and you may know Gilead as the company supplying drug treatments for another lethal virus - AIDS.  As a sidebar, read the
patient safety data sheet for Sovaldi and there are 7 pages including those describing risk and steps for proper usage.  Did anyone signing for the Covid vaccine get a sheet like that?  I doubt it.

Additional interest is generated by the fact that the website for the paper in the Ukraine covering this story, Strana, has been taken down, but it is in the Archive and I turned it into a pdf in the previous link if you would like to read it and get confirmation for the information herein.  It is in Ukrainian.

So although we do not know what the Labs do, their existence is confirmed again by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, in an article titled "US official: Russian invasion of Ukraine risks release of dangerous pathogens."

The fact that they are funded by the Department of Defense is interesting, and further investigation leads us to articles in which scientists object to the US Defense Advanced Research Products Division - or DARPA  investing in projects to use insects as bioweapons to spread agricultural diseases, and then another article about DARPA developing Genetic Extinction Weapons to Eradicate Entire Species.

We add to that the US Air Force Counterproliferation Center Future Warfare Series No. 14, 38 page report titled Next Generation Bioweapons and we can begin to get an idea that the Department of Defence may not be running Biolabs in a non signatory country just because they like sending money to Ukraine.

The next list includes a series of Defense Advisory Reports from an organization called Jason that describes itself as an
"independent scientific advisory group that provides consulting services to the U.S. government on matters of defense science and technology. It was established in 1960." Many of the items on the list have links.  One however, titled "Bioweapons, JSR-2019-2D, performed for the Department of Energy, November 2019" has the link removed, so we can't get at it for the moment.

In summary, we know the Department of Defence has a fair number of Biolabs they fund in the Ukraine studying deadly pathogens, although they may be simply as benign as Wuhan was to the Fairy Princess. Or they could have been processing crack for Hunter Biden to get some spare cash.
