Elon's Box: Move Over Pandora

December 06, 2022
When Elon Musk laid bare the corruption and shenanigans going on in Twitter - the fact that members of the government, the intelligence community and tech companies were conspiring against the people of the United States in union was documented. It proves no one can be trusted, and those in a position to abuse power, even less so.  At the days of the nation's founding, it was highly likely that the whole bunch would be dispatched with as traitors, which would be a more than fitting end for them.

But even greater consequence is the follow on effect of having records available that demonstrate what is going on.  While there may be some benefit in these records being used in court, there should be no doubt real citizens must now understand the dept of corruption both in those that live among them as well as those that are supposed to serve them. There must be zero forgiveness. These people deserve nothing.

In the Amicus Brief: Changizi v. Dept. of Health & Human Services  "Mark Changizi, Michael Senger, and Daniel Kotzin became active Twitter users in March 2020, focusing on criticism of government pandemic policy and rapidly gaining large followings. Many of their more-controversial contentions—for instance, that lockdowns and mask and vaccine mandates would be ineffective at curbing viral spread while having deleterious societal effects—have turned out to be true. In the spring of 2021, federal officials began making public statements threatening tech companies with regulatory or other sanctions if they failed to do more to censor “misinformation.” Coincidentally, beginning around April 2021, the three men began experiencing censorship, including temporary suspensions and shadow bans, and two ultimately were suspended from their accounts. Then, in March 2022, the surgeon general issued a “request for information” (RFI), demanding that tech companies turn over the identities of “misinformers” on a wide variety of platforms."

They were correct, but "the federal district court in Ohio dismissed the lawsuit after finding that the plaintiffs could not demonstrate that the censoring of their accounts was tied to the government, since Twitter had engaged in some such restrictions beforehand."  However now, with evidence available, "the Manhattan Institute, together with the Institute for Free Speech, filed an Amicus brief supporting the Changizi plaintiffs before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit." We will have to watch where that goes.

More importantly, anyone interested in the preservation of freedom should come to judgment in their minds that something must be done about it, well beyond mere complaining.  It cannot be left to the lawyers and the courts, who have repeatedly proven they are in on the corruption.

A second
consequence of the Twitter document release has to do with the Covid vaccines, in this case their Emergency Use Authorizations.  We wrote about it here.  In our article we questioned the fact that the FDA's "Emergency Use Authorizations for the vaccines (EUAs) were supported by a Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) declaration that circumstances exist to justify the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic that have not undergone the same type of review as an FDA-approved or cleared product. The FDA may issue an EUA when certain criteria are met:

1)  there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives, and

2)  the potential benefits of the product outweigh the known and potential risks of the product."

We suggested that the government engaged in a systematic program to prevent “alternatives” that show they do work to be used and also blocked risk information from coming out, as the many doctors in the links the article showed, undermining the legal basis on which the EUAs depended.

We also pointed out the fact that the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Nebraska, under Douglas J. Peterson, among others, issued an opinion that not only were there a number of alternative drugs available off label to treat Covid with demonstrated efficacy but also that the law allows Doctors to prescribe them:

"we conclude that governing law allows physicians to use FDA-approved medicines that are unproven for a particular off-label use so long as (1) reasonable medical evidence supports that use and (2) a patient's written informed consent is obtained. In the context of this ever-changing global pandemic, we note that it is appropriate to consider medical evidence outside of Nebraska and to give physicians who obtain informed consent an added measure of deference on their assessment of the available medical evidence."

We now know the government conspired with tech companies and the various agencies they control to suppress evidence by leading experts in their field that there were alternatives to the vaccines they promoted and to hide the risks from the mRNA vaccines. In effect the Democratic government of the Biden administration perpetrated a crime against the American people, directly ordering the agencies they influence and inveigling tech companies to participate with them in lying to the America public and in the process creating irreparable harm to them and their children.

Elon's Unintended Consequences

Musk, as a visionary maverick and a believer, has directly challenged the government by releasing Twitter's files and correspondence, an organization that he depends on for SpaceX, Tesla, as well as Neuralink Corporation, in one way or another.  As this news site reports on continually, there are few if any ethical people in any capacity in these organizations, and Elon Musk needs to watch his back.  If it were me, I would be building relationships with foreign entities, since the whores in the government, the intelligence community and his competitors in tech cannot be trusted in any way.  Apple licensed WYSIWYG windows and the mouse from PARC, and Gates effectively stole it from Apple for Microsoft. Steve Jobs was a genius
visionary maverick and a believer like Musk, while Gates is merely a clever opportunist. Look at Google and the other companies effectively spying on American citizens to use the information to manipulate them for their own benefit, hand in hand with the intelligence community thugs and you will know what Musk is up against.

America is no place for the trusting or the glassy eyed.  Musk is smart enough that his grandest dreams can change history, but he is mired in a cesspool of vipers.  Not sure how he goes beyond that, but brilliance is a weapon if used properly.  The colonists worked with the French and the Native American people to rout the British.
