The following images illustrate the marginalization of women in society. Any one of these images could be our daughters, granddaughters, nieces or the girls of friends. Some people will say their version of God demands that women be treated as second class beings inferior to and subservient to men.  Look at any of the images below as if it was one of your daughters and imagine the cop kicking her in the face, or a man choking her out in wrestling, or some military thugs taking your daughters to be sex slaves for their army, or some asshole covering her with cloth in the name of religion and beating her with a stick like an animal, or some creep who makes big money in baseball beating her up and throwing her down the stairs.  Or what about businesses that pay her less because she is a girl, or courts and professional bodies hiding abusing her under the color of secrecy agreements.  Tell me you will stand by because someone said you should.  If that is your answer you are not worth the air you breathe, and deserve no quarter when the time comes to answer for your cowardice.

Transgender men demanding the right to complete with women is simply a continuation of the marginalization of girls and women.  Transgenders are men without wombs, who without an unknown number of medical procedures that may not even exist today, cannot give birth.  A clear question arises as to why any biological male would want to compete with women, who it is clear are biologically disadvantaged in such competition, rather than other men? A good guess might be that that they are afraid to, and feel empowered by all of the idiots that would continue the practice of abusing women because they can get away with it.  If transgender males were honest and truly showed respect for the women they claim to so badly want to emulate, they would compete with other transgender people rather than innocent women who have every right to excel in their own biological group. Should the occasion arise in the future, biological women and transgender athletes could jointly agree to create competitions that determine if the playing field has been leveled by the tools of transition. 

Unfortunately, it is a shame that transgender people have to suffer the indignity of chemical alteration and manipulation by a pharmaceutical industry that has a history of broken trust, and that their only self serving option is to attack biological women, a large but demonstrably abused group throughout history.  It is hard to detect any respect for women in the position they are taking. Too bad.  It is a position that is doomed to fail and further magnify any issues they have living in the twilight zone between their biological reality and best wishes.  I would think as far smarter approach would have been to think about creating a whole new form of identity, which values the uniqueness of their position, and advance that as a strategy.  It may be a much easier path to freedom from what appears to me a very trying and difficult position.

There are a lot of parents who have seen their daughters compete with their male counterparts and the illusion that they are the same is such a joke that in America at least, they can and I suspect will do something about it down the road. I would not give you five cents for the citizens of any other country because their governments have already neutered them.  A bunch of spineless followers who go along with the crowd are simply putting their gullibility and stupidity on display.  The good news is that the entire problem of attacks on women by men can be looked at again in a new light.  It surely is time.

Throughout history people find it acceptable to allow women to be marginalized in the ways documented in the pictures. Beating down the vulnerable and the innocent seems to be a characteristic of human behavior that has only been changed by outright violent conflict. Everything else is simply sleight of hand to buy time to protect whatever interests the abusers have, and the entire system of governance worldwide is built to protect the status quo, which always favors a tiny minority in positions of wealth and power.
